Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed to dispatch within 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    All products are dispatched with a tracking number and will arrive within 5-7 business days Australia wide.
    International delivery times would take approx. 10 – 14 business days. However  due to customs clearance, it could take a bit longer. Please rest assured that your orders are shipped with a tracking number to allow you tracking your package. 

    EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

    Our products arrive in the excellent condition that matches customers’ expectations. So, in the very unlikely event your product should arrive damaged or not as described, please let us know within 48 hours after receipt and we’ll gladly send you a replacement. Please note that we do not offer exchange or return for change of mind. 

    We only accept exchange and return request within 3 days since order is delivered to your shipping address. After 3 days, no exchange or refund will be offered.

    If you’re returning your order for any other reason, do contact us by following this link to state the reason for the return and we will see how we can best accommodate. Purchases for return need to be in their original packaging.

    Any returned item not in its original condition, and if returned products are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors are not eligible for a refund. 

    If the returned item does not meet any of the above conditions, we reserve the rights to reject exchange and refund request.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your return request within 2 business days upon receiving your return products. 

    If the return request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days after approval.

    Please note that customers will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost and shipping cost is non-refundable.
